Bryant Fence Company Installation Warranty

When you are having a backyard fence installed at your home there are TWO WARRANTY for that project. The first is the product manufacturer warranty (which covers the product to be installed according to their specifications) and the second is the installation company warranty (which covers installation: correct concrete, depth of posts, correct fasteners, industry standards etc.).

Bryant Fence Company Warranty

Bryant Fence Company warrants all installed fencing for a period of 2 years from the date of original completion of work to be in accordance with industry standard construction techniques.  Where posts are set in concrete, use of 100% concrete, where vinyl re-inforcment posts are driven into the ground a depth of 36″ or deeper according to the soil density. Bryant Fence Company further warrants the use of correct fasteners for the different fence types.

Bryant Fence Company warrants the completed project to be structurally built and true. Fence and Gate warranty excludes abuse, acts of God, abnormal usage (commercial use).

Vinyl Fence Warranty

Bryant Fence warrants the installation of vinyl fencing for a period of TWO YEARS from the date of completion.  Fence warranty excludes abuse, acts of God, abnormal usage (commercial use).

Vinyl Gate Warranty

Bryant Fence manufacturers our gates and warrants the gate and gate installation for a period of 5 YEARS from date of completion.  This warranty covers gate opening and closing, hinges working properly, and latches working properly.  Bryant Fence will at our option either repair or replace the gate in question.  Gate warranty excludes abuse, acts of God, abnormal usage (commercial use).

Aluminum Fence Warranty

Bryant Fence Company warrants the installation of aluminum fencing for a period of TWO YEARS from date of completion. Installation is with industry standard techniques.  Aluminum gate installation warranty is also for TWO YEAR period from date of completion. Gate warranty excludes abuse, acts of God, abnormal usage (commercial use).

Natural Wood Fence Warranty

Bryant Fence Company warrants that the installation of the natural wood fence is in accordance with industry fence erection standards, using 100% concrete, correct fasteners for the construction and erection of natural wood fencing.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED! Natural wood fencing is just that…natural.  Natural characteristics of wood fencing are not covered by ANY warranty… warpage, waning, grain raising to name a few. As a natural product these conditions WILL OCCUR and are to be expected.

All wood consists of cell structure and that cell structure has moisture content. The moisture is not uniform so when the lumber dries out it is not uniform and warping occurs.

Gates are built true however they will move and warp according to the weather. Natural Wood Gates are NOT covered under any warranty.
