Check hinges and latches a couple of times a year, keep the swing path clear, and tighten loose hardware before a gate starts to sag. If you have an automatic opener, keep the track and sensors clear and service it as the manufacturer recommends.

What Shapes the Cost of a Gate?

Your final quote depends on more than a material and a measurement: the gate itself (material, width, height, style and hardware), whether it is a walk gate or a double drive gate, any automatic opener and its power source, the posts and footings that carry the weight, the site (slope, ground conditions and access), and any HOA or permit requirements. A free, written quote puts the full scope on paper, including what is included, excluded, or optional.

How wide should a driveway gate be?

Measure the widest thing that needs to pass through, such as a truck, trailer or mower, and leave room to spare. Double drive gates are common for driveways. We size every gate during the free on-site visit.

Can you add an automatic opener to my gate?

Often, yes. The gate, the posts and a power source all need to suit an opener, so we check them during the free on-site visit.

Why do gates sag, and can you fix it?

Sagging usually comes from a missing frame or brace, undersized posts, or posts set without enough concrete. We build gates with proper bracing and heavy-duty hinges, and we repair sagging gates too.

Do your gates come with a warranty?
